Archers Upset #2 Arkansas State Mid-South

The STLCC men's basketball team came away with their biggest win of 2021 against Arkansas State Mid-South on Monday, March 1. In Monday's game, STLCC controlled the pace early and led 35-30 at the half. In the second half, the Archers were able to add to their lead and defeated the Greyhounds by a score of 68-57.
STLCC was led offensively by David Jones' 15 point effort, which included three triples. Ahian Barnett recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Doreante Tucker also recorded 14 points to finish in double figures.
With the win over Mid-South, the Archers improved to 7-5 overall. STLCC travels to North Central Missouri College on Saturday, March 6 for a big Region 16 matchup.
